1. Bring the needle up through the fabric where you want the knot.
  2. Hold the thread firmly and wrap it around the needle 2-3 times.
  3. While keeping the wraps secure, insert the needle back into the fabric near where it emerged, slowly pull the needle through while maintaining the wraps.
