1. Bring the needle up through the fabric at the starting point.
  2. Create a small loop by bringing it back down close to the starting point leaving a loop on the surface.
  3. Bring the needle up, pass the loop.
  4. Insert the needle by movint it over the loop (and securing it).

Uses: Great for stitching flower petals and leaf shapes to add a delicate touch to your embroidery.
