1. Bring the needle up to the starting point.
  2. Insert the needle back through the fabric, leaving a small loop.
  3. Bring the needle up through that loop.
  4. Pull all the threads to create a reversed L shape.

Uses: This stitch is commonly used for securing edges, adding decorative borders, appliqué work, and finishing fabric edges.
